CPER Sites

Since its launch in May 2007, CPER has invested more than $7 million in grants and technical assistance to 22 education-organizing and allied groups and two coalitions (involving nine additional organizations) in Chicago, Denver, New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.  Beginning in the Fall of 2010, CPER is also expanding its support to California and Mississippi as its new sites.

Sites were selected based on several criteria, including local funders' willingness to commit at least three years of support and the existence of high-quality education-organizing work on the ground.
