American Bar Association Calls for Action on Right to Quality Education

The American Bar Association (ABA) has adopted the Center for Law and Education's (CLE) recommendations and has called for local, state, and federal  legislative and administrative action to secure the right of every child to a high quality education and for the attorneys and bar associations to get involved in policy advocacy, representation and communty legal education to make it happen.

The three sets of recommendations and reports address the right to a high-quality program, the right to remain in school, and the right to resume education for those who have left.To read ABA's press release, click here.  The ABA recommendations and their accompanying reports can be found on CLE's website.
