Welcome to the website for Communities for Public Education Reform (CPER)!
We hope this site will provide valuable information about education organizing and about the specific organizations and campaigns CPER supports. We also hope that, over time, this website will increasingly serve as a knowledge-sharing and networking resource for all CPER partners, especially the parent and youth leaders and organizers.
Communities for Public Education Reform (CPER) supports the growing field of education organizing through grants and technical assistance to community organizations working to ensure that parents and students have a strong voice in shaping the policies that affect their public schools. By bringing new resources to at least four sites for a minimum of three years, CPER promotes innovation and supports systemic reforms that address educational inequities at large.
